We typically need read/write access to the tools the agent will interact with — for example, your CRM, helpdesk, or calendar. We use official APIs, document every connection, and access can be revoked at any time.

We operate under EU privacy standards from our base in Tallinn, Estonia. Data flows are documented, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR or HIPAA use cases. We do not train models on your data.
